Transcripts & Record Keeping

Easily keep track of your homeschoolers progress. This is especially important for high school students tracking progress toward graduation. Enter course names, grades, credits, and descriptions for each class. Information populates to a professional, printable transcript with grade point average and total credits automatically calculated. This is an editable online file that tracks all courses for effecient record keeping and transcript generation. Separate forms are needed for upper-elementary students, middle school students, and high school students. This is a one-time fee of $60 and files will be sent via email.

Homeschool Counselor & Academic Assistance

Need a little help with academic planning? We offer enhanced academic support, such as academic advising, progress consultations, course planning, and curriculum selection. For high school students, we offer personalized academic planning, curriculum selection, grading assistance, annual or semester reviews, and college preparation and application assistance. We offer online academic assessment and review of results using the California Achievement Test. We offer online, asynchronous curriculum through partnerships with various learning platforms. We also offer unlimited email and test support. Options include:

Academic consultations: $60 per hour
High school counseling: $240 per year
Unlimited email/text support: $120 per year
Online assessment & results: $60 per assessment
Online, asynchronous curriculum: cost ranges from $180 to $480 per year depending on student grade level

Personalized Identification Cards

We offer both personalized student IDs for your homeschooler, as well as personalized teacher IDs for parents. The student ID includes your homeschoolers name, grade, and a photo of your homeschooler. The teacher ID includes your photo and name. IDs include Sunshine State Homeschoolers as your school but can be changed if needed. IDs are 30 mil PVC composite cards and are durable and professional quality. Shipping is included in the price ($60 each).

Personalized High School Diploma with Cover

Celebrate your Senior with a Personalized High School Diploma with Black Padded Cover. Diplomas are custom printed and snail mailed. Tax and shipping costs are included in the price ($60).
